Condolence: My cousin Sissy had many names she was born as Agnes Dolores Russo, her friends and co workers called her Dolores or Dee. The staff, and her roommates along with many of dear friends she met over time at the Wedgewood Gardens Care Center fondly called her Aggie. Sissy ,thats what I called her, had what some might call a Hospitality Room. Her friends Roberta, Annie and a very beloved friend Rosie god rest her soul, would be all in room 110 laughing and enjoying each other stories. You could hear them down the hallway. Truly they were like a bunch of silly girls. Sissy had the goodies. Drawers full. Cookie, candies, drinks and even home baked goods from her niece Kim and sister Beverly. Denise and Vicki made sure she had plenty to share with whoever hung out in the "Hospitality Room" Most of her friends were not even allowed to eat sweets but the all indulged anyway. Sissy also roomed with a very sweet woman named Thelma. I think Thelma will miss her very much. Much older than sissy she'd always wheel herself around to check on her at least once a day. Thelma's family always stopped in to say Hello and chat with Sissy. Sissy worked most of her life in the restaurant business working too many days a week as well as double shifts. I always told her she was the hardest working person I ever met. She had many pictures in her room of her family. She was extremely fond of her great nieces and nephews. Victor jr., Maya,Anthony and Andrew. Lots of pictures of another favourite Jonathon who would give sissy the moon if he could. They loved her so much and will miss her more. She also had cards that friends and family sent her. She cherished them. Denise, her daughter and Vicki her sister made sure that at least one of them was there everyday. No one could have been more taken care of as those two did for Sissy. Some would say she was spoiled between her wardrobe and all the goodies I'd say she wanted for nothing. Her family, sisters Vicki and Beverly, nieces Kim and Gena and her son in law Gilbert were all there to comfort her in her last hours. Sis we loved you and will forever miss you
