Frank C. Lamantia, 78, of Manalapan, passed away Wednesday, July 18th at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold Twp. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and worked as a longshoreman for N.Y. Mr. Lamantia was an Army veteran, a member of the Knights of Columbus in Englishtown; and loved his family, grandchildren and gardening
Frank was predeceased by his brother, Thomas and grandson, Jaymie Lamantia. He is survived by his wife Barbara M. of Manalapan; his children Judy Kapler and her husband Ken of Marlboro; Michael and his wife Denise of Howell; Laurie Yutko and her husband Brian of Howell and ten grandchildren, Amanda Kahlke, Joseph Yutko, Michael Lamantia, Jessica Yutko, Ryan Lamantia, Stephen Kapler, Julianne Yutko, Ava Lamantia, Janna Lamantia.
Friends and family are invited to gather on Sunday, July 22, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home located at 344 Route 9 North Manalapan, NJ. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, July 23rd at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, 186 Gordons Corner Rd, Manalapan. Burial will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Twp.
