Rita Weil, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Jersey Shore Medical Center. She was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Manalapan for over 50 years. Rita was an excellent cook and enjoyed entertaining and trips to the islands. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Rita was a communicant of St. Gabriel’s Church in Marlboro.

She was predeceased by her son James; brothers Charles and Artie, and brother in law Jerry. She is survived by her husband James; two sons Scott and his wife Nancy; Kevin and his wife Elaine; and daughter in law Christine; sister Rose and her husband Charles; sister Jeanette; sister in-law Faye; and her ten grandchildren: James, Brian, Lindsay, Thomas, Ryan, Gregory, Alyssa, Kevin, Matthew & Christina.
Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday August 10, 2018 from 4:00-8:00pm at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday August 11, 2018 at 10:30am St. Gabriel’s Historical Church on Newman Spring Road, Marlboro.
