Obituary for Ronald A. Martin

Ronald A.  Martin
Ronald Martin, 70 of Morganville, passed away on June 12th, 2017 at home surrounded by family. Born in Flagler, Colorado, he was a resident of Morganville for 34 years. Ronald graduated from University of Northern Colorado. He moved to New Jersey in 1978. He was employed by AHRC, New York and retired from Spectrum in 2014. A longtime advocate and educator for individuals with disabilities, Ronald received numerous accolades in his field. Had a deep faith in God and an extremely high work ethic. Ronald enjoyed reading, being at the pool or ocean and watching sporting events, traveling and was a supporter of the armed forces. He was a kind, loving, supportive husband as well as a devoted grandfather.

Ronald was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Edna Martin. He is survived by his wife Sandra; his brother and sister-in-law Larry and Linda Martin; four daughters; one son; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A memorial celebration will be held Friday, June 16th, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan. The memorial service will be at the funeral home Friday, June 16th at 3:30 PM. To leave a condolence or find directions, visit www.freemanfuneralhomes.com.
