Condolence: The Filion family and loved ones of Herve have my deepest sympathy. Our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) promises us at Revelations 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Psalms 34:18 The family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences.

Condolence: I was a freshman in college when my love of harness racing began. I was just 18 years old and Herve was almost still a kid at 24. He was pure magic and a major force in my zest for the game and my endless trips to Liberty Bell Park and Brandywine Raceway to watch The Master exhibit greatness in the bike. He surely will be missed.
